Restart the activation services

Restart the FactoryTalk Activation services if you cannot refresh the server using the Refresh button, or activations do not appear after adding a new activation server.

To restart the activation services:

1. Open the Windows Control Panel, then click Administrative Tools > Services.
2. Right-click FactoryTalk Activation Helper, and click Restart.
3. Right-click FactoryTalk Activation Service, and click Restart.
